Technology professional delivering AI-enabled platforms, operational systems, and production workflows
I bring experience across software delivery, cloud platforms, security operations, workflow automation, and AI-enabled systems. My focus is helping teams move from unclear requirements and fragmented processes to controlled, validated, and maintainable solutions.
Areas of focus
- Solutions architecture
- AI implementation strategy
- AI adoption and workflow transformation
- Platform reliability and operational controls
- Production delivery and handover
What I bring
My work combines software delivery, cloud operations, architecture guidance, team problem-solving, and applied AI. My strength is understanding the complete problem, defining a practical direction, guiding implementation, and validating whether the result works in its operating environment.
How I use AI in delivery
I use AI throughout research, planning, implementation, testing and documentation. It helps me explore unfamiliar areas, compare technical options, prepare PRDs, TRDs and roadmaps, and convert an approved direction into controlled implementation tasks.
I review the assumptions, trade-offs, changes and evidence before accepting the result. I remain responsible for the technical direction, risk decisions, validation and readiness.
Career progression at Medtigo
My role at Medtigo progressed from Full-Stack Developer into broader cloud and operational responsibility, then technology-team leadership, then Director of Technology, and I was subsequently formally appointed as a board director, reflecting organisational trust and broader responsibility.
As responsibilities expanded, more of my work involved understanding business problems, guiding the team, reviewing technical decisions, resolving delivery blockers, and remaining accountable for whether the solution worked in practice.
How I work
- Understand the business problem before proposing a solution.
- Define scope, data, cost, and confidentiality constraints early.
- Design the architecture around real integration points.
- Build through controlled delivery batches with evidence at each step.
- Validate behavior and failure modes before promotion.
- Document, deploy, and hand over so the system is operable.
Ownership, project status and results are described using evidence that can be defended.
